Therapy Services

Welcome to Inner Sea therapy! Come to learn, strengthen, and calm your inner sea.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their emotions and develop coping strategies. Read below to learn how I can support and guide you on your journey towards mental well-being!
Child/Teen Therapy
Backed by several years of experience working with children and teens in both school and private practice settings, supporting them through challenges like anxiety, behavioral issues, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Individualized therapy using a mix of talk therapy, play-based techniques, and creative expression to help young clients feel safe, seen, and empowered. I also collaborate with caregivers to ensure growth continues at home, creating a team approach to healing and development.
Individual Therapy
Specialites in working with adults navigating life transitions, identity, self-esteem, and the challenges of building healthy routines and self-care. Through a supportive, nonjudgmental space, I help clients explore who they are, manage stress and anxiety, and develop tools to create a life that feels more balanced, empowered, and authentic.
Group Therapy
Offering group therapy experiences centered around mindfulness, emotional awareness, and self-care—creating a supportive space for participants to connect, reflect, and build practical tools for managing stress, improving self-esteem, and fostering personal growth. Each group offers a unique blend of guided exercises, creative practices, and meaningful discussion.
